Things to think about in a claims event

In the case of an emergency, call 000, and seek medical attention where required. Please alert us as soon as reasonably possible. Write down as many details about the claims event as possible while it’s fresh in your mind. Take photos, where applicable, from multiple angles. Get the details of any other parties involved.

Lodging a claim

We would encourage you to lodge your claim directly with your insurer. We will then liaise with the insurer behind the scenes to keep the process moving forward. For ease of lodgement please have the following information ready when you lodge a claim;

  • Policy number and insured name
  • Date and time of loss
  • Description and cause of loss
  • Situation of loss
  • Details of any third party (if applicable)
